一、做得较为成功的方面：
1、备课组的精诚合作：在这一年中，我们备课组的每一位教师都非常敬业，分工合作，从整个复习计划的制定、复习内容的整理到每周一次的测试，老师们都能够充分发表自己的高见，提出合理的建议，精心选择适合学生们实际水平的各类试题，毫无保留地分享各种资料等。这样不仅节省了教师们的工作时间，也提高了教学效率，所以我很深切地感受到，一个年级的教学是否成功，在很大程度上取决于各个备课组是否能够充分发挥每一位教师的潜力，调动每位教师的积极性。如果这项工作做好了，就能够提升整个备课组的活力，从而提高整个年级的学科水平。
2、教学计划的合理制定：
本学年我们备课组在认真分析了各个班级学生的学习状况，研读了外语高考考试大纲，结合对历年高考中出现的难点、重点及热点等语言现象进行了非常详细而认真的分析之后，制定出了切合我校学生实际的教学计划，第一轮对各知识点进行专项系统的梳理；
第二轮查漏补缺，进行专题复习，突出重点、难点；
第三轮开始综合复习，强化重难点及学生学习中的薄弱点，使学生形成了较完整的外语知识结构。我个人对此的体会是，一个科学合理的教学计划是整个教学的顺利而成功的进行行动指南。
3、分层进行的辅优补差：我们把高二期末外语成绩在年级倒数115名的学生分成三个不同层次的班级，成绩做差的一个班级有一个老师专门负责。每次补差的内容都与本周学习的内容相关，或专项的，或专题的，这样可以使这些学生及时地弥补尚未理解或掌握的知识点，并在已有的基础上进行适当的强化。我的体会是：补差一定要有针对性，针对不同层次的学习水平，针对学习中的重点难点，同时也要针对这部分学生学习中的薄弱点，只有有针对性的补差才是有效的补差。
4、强化性的背诵和默写：背单词词组一直是老师和学生学习英语最头痛的事，当然也是很有效的做法。但是怎么背最有效是一个值得所有英语老师要探讨的问题之一。我个人以为本学期我们所采用的“常用词组与句子相结合的强化型翻译背诵”还有满有效的。具体做法是：第一轮单词背诵我们是以“能够基本辨认”为主要目的；
第二轮我们以“正确拼写常用单词”为目标。这两轮在第一学期完成。第三轮我们把词汇复习的目标定位在“常用的基本词组”。所以，我们由备课组长负责，把近几年高考卷、各区考前模拟卷以及平时各种练习翻译中最常出现的词组和句子结构按字母顺序整理出来，并配合相应的句子翻译，让学生不仅要记住这些词组，同时也要会把它们用在具体的句子翻译中。每天6——8句，每两天默写一次，每个周日再将错误率较高的句子稍作改变再默。这样反反复复地背、默、讲、练大大提高了单词词组的复现机率，学生也就容易记住了。扎扎实实的三轮复习之后，大部分学生的词汇量已有了很大的提高，阅读能力、和翻译写作能力等也有了相应的提高。到第四轮、第五轮的复习时，学生们的词汇压力已减轻了很多。临高考前一个月，我们把第三轮复习的词组再一次来反复练习。我觉得这样的词汇复习还是很有效的，比较适合我们这个层次的学生。
5、立足教材而开展的主题式复习：最近几年我们常常会用各种练习来代替高三的总复习，而忽略了教材本身在整个复习中的作用。本学年我们部分地尝试采取了以高三教材为中心的主题式复习，将教学内容与学生以前学过的内容相结合，一方面帮助学生回忆已有的知识，另一方面也帮助他们构建新的知识结构，达到们故而知新的目的。同时，通过对语篇结构、写作方法、写作技巧等的分析，对提高学生自身的写作能力也有很大的帮助。此外，对语篇中好的词句或语段有选择性地让学生背诵默写，为他们学做中减少语言错误奠定基础。所以，立足教材进行主题式的复习不仅很有必要也很有效，是我们高三复习中不可或缺的一个环节。
二。略感遗憾与不足的方面：
1、以教材为中心的主题式复习起步晚了些，高一、高二的教材没有时间完成，如果多花点时间和精力把四本教材中的内容按主题分类加以系统复习，对于那些高一、高二英语学的不是很好的学生或许会有更大的帮助。所以也希望新一届的高三能够重视立足教材的复习，并在此基础上有所突破，使高三复习更有效。
2、对学生的学法指导方面仍有不足，尤其是在第二轮的专题复习时。例如：在对阅读理解的专题复习时，尽管老师们对这类题目的出现形式、解题方法，如：细节事实题如何解答、主旨大意题又该如何解答等都跟学生讲过，但却缺乏了必要的强化练习，使得有些学生在实际解题过程中不能将理论与实践相结合，解题时只凭感觉，而阅读能力却没有正真得到提高。听力解题指导也存在类似的问题。所以，我想，在以后的教学中，应重视学法指导，更应重视“指导”之后的实践，让学生切实掌握学习及解题方法，使他们的学习效率达到事半功倍的效果，而不是相反。
3、在试题的选择方面还有所欠缺，还没有正真达到“教师走进题海，让学生跳出题海”这样一个状况。比如说，有些时候给学生布置完作业之后才发现有些题目不适合我们的学生。所以，我认为，这方面对教师的要求与督促还应更加到位，一定要在给学生布置作业前，教师先把题目做一遍（但不是抄抄答案），选择适合的题目布置给学生，以避免学生做无用功，浪费学生宝贵的时间。
三。对今后教学工作中的几点思考：
1、进一步提升每位外语教师的工作责任心和教师自身的业务能力，抓好、抓实高一、高二的英语教学，为高三的总复习奠定良好的基础。
2、英语语篇教学不能只停留在语言本身的讲解，在重视单词、语法等知识点教学的同时，要重视语篇的整体分析，是学生具有统揽的能全篇能力，即语篇能力。同时，语法教学一定要结合语境，使学生在一定的语境中理解语法现象，并通过适当的练习来加以巩固。要让学生能够在各种不同的语言环境中灵活运用各种语法规则，而不是只记住概念。
3、在高一阶段一定要扫除语音障碍，既在最初阶段解决音标问题，让学生熟练地掌握音标及其字母组合，这样能大大地减轻学生记忆单词的困难，有效地提高英语学习的效率。但如何解决音标的教学问题要进行进一步的探讨和研究。
4、从高一起就要分步骤地进行听、读、写等方法训练和技能培养，养成良好的写听读写习惯。在学习课本内容的同时，还应扩大学生的课外阅读量，让学生做一定量的读书笔记或短文缩写；
抄背好的词句以积累英语语言表达的好词好句，甚至好的段落等。
养成良好的读写习惯对学生学好英语会有很大的帮助。
5、备课组的老师都应发挥其应有的作用，认真钻研教材、研究教法、指导学法，并在此基础上制定科学合理的教学计划。我觉得很有必要制定出阶段性计划和学期计划，不是为了完成一项任务，而是要把计划作为一种预期目标，在实际教学中不断地检验“预期目标”和“生成目标”的达成度，从使教学计划发挥其教学中真正的作用。
四。对学校教学管理的些许建议
1、学校应该采取有效措施鼓励并奖励那些在教育教学中有所成就的教师，尤其是青年教师，使他们成为其他教师学习的楷模，带动广大教师的积极性，在校园中营建一种比、学、赶、帮、超的教学氛围，以提高我们整体的教学水平。
2、客观评价文理学科、+1学科和小学科教师在教学中的贡献和作用，对于弱势学科多点鼓励，少点批评，特别是对于两门大文科，既要看到差距也要看到希望，这样更有利于各门学科的平衡发展。

一、注重教学过程管理，强调先进教学方法和理念的实施。
如何充分发挥小学英语在实现教育目标中的功能，从而体现小学英语在整个课程中的地位和作用，是小学英语教学必须重视的问题。英语学习的启蒙阶段是非常重要的`，教学的成功与否将对学生的终身学习产生深远影响。小学开设英语课程的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调的基础，具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。
1、在教学总体目标上，重兴趣、重成就感、重自信心的培养。教师通过多种激励的方式，如奖品激励、任务激励、荣誉激励、信任激励和情感激励等，激发学生积极参与、大胆实践、体验成功的喜悦。有了成就感，就有了自信心，学生就会渴望学习英语；
在课程实施上，重环境、重频率、重效率。教学中特别强调语言环境的创设，充分利用和开发电视、录音、录像、光碟等多种媒体，丰富教学内容、活跃教学气氛、创设生动和真实的语言环境。尽量在课堂上创造真实的情境，克服课时少的困难，并且在下学期按排早读课及时复习，保证学生高频率的接触英语，为学生创造有效的学习条件，提高学习效率；
在语言教学目标上，重语感、重语音语调基础、重交流能力。学校和教师积极创造条件，提供良好的语言环境和设备，如通过多媒体教学，提供大量的感知、体验、模仿等实践活动，如让每位学生都参与课堂学习过程，保证每位同学有三至四次的课堂练习经历、帮助学生形成初步的语感。语音语调的学习包括发音、重音、语调、节奏和语流等多方面，教学中要求教师防止以单音准确为目的的教学，通过多听、多模仿，在有意义的语境中进行训练，奠定语音语调的基础。强调要培养学生交流能力就要创设交流的情景，使学生通过交流发展交流的能力。

通过视、听、说、玩、唱、读、等饶有趣味的活动，让学生接触足够量的语言材料，保证输入量，“习得”与“学得”结合，使学生逐步培养起初步的语感；
通过大量语言材料的输入，特别是声像材料的示范，学生模仿，教师指导，使学生逐步形成良好的`语音、语调、书写、拼读的习惯。设计任务型活动，开放空间，激活学生的思维，培养创造思维。自始至终引导学生通过完成具体任务活动来学习语言，让学生为了特定的学习目的去进行特定的语言活动，通过完成特定的交际任务来获得和积累相应的学习经验。教学方法要多样，且生动活泼，激发学生的学习兴趣。充分利用教科书中的课文创设栩栩如生的情景，为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。

三、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整教学策略。

1、突破词汇量:词汇量的多少直接影响到学生的英语水平,所以我们始终把抓词汇的过关作为一项重点工作来抓。我们按册整理英语教材的重点词汇,重点句子,句型及语法归类,按单元整理,然后印发给学生,要求学生记忆、理解每一册的重点词汇、词组及语法,通过回归基础鉴定,提高学生的阅读、写作能力。对于阅读和单词，我们都做出相关的学案。

2、为了提高大学英语教师的教学水平，英语系要做三件事
搞好新老教师结对，使青年教师尽快成长起来：我校大学英语教师队伍存在很大缺口，年龄结构不合理，青年教师居多，缺少中老年教师，所以提高青年教师的教学水平至关重要。英语系挖掘现有教师潜力，进行了新、老教师结对工作，建立了老教师帮教制度和青年教师汇报课制度，透过一年的努力，青年教师的课堂教学水平有了明显的提高。
搞好教材、教法培训，整体提高教师教学水平：英语系立足现有教师力量，开展了行之有效的教材、教法培训工作。英语系把大学英语教研室按使用教材的不同划分成了不同的课程组，大学英语教研室在每学期放假之前就把下学期的教学任务落实到课程组，然后以课程组为单位，把备课和编制练习题的任务按分工合作的原则分配到每位教师，每位教师集中力量搞好一两个单元的教学准备工作，开学后每上一个单元之前，教研室要求每个课程组搞好以“说课”为主要形式的教材、教法培训工作，“说课”的教师就是假期准备相应单元教学工作的教师，“说课”教师作中心发言，课程组的其他教师作补充修正，最后构成每单元的教学实施方案;而且在下单元教学培训之前专门对已经完成的教学实施方案进行再次讨论，记下反馈意见。这一举措对整体提高公外教师的教学水平所起的作用是不可估量的。
透过示范课、研究课、汇报课建立起教师研究课堂教学的平台：在英语系管理人员的统一安排下，大学英语教研室每学期都要请教师们互相听课八节，每个系领导听课至少十二节，每学期期末要求青年教师交出听课记录。这样，就给不同层次的教师提高大学英语课堂教学水平带给了实战研讨的机会。同时总结和提炼了课堂教学中适合于本校实际状况或者能够说适合于本校学生实际状况的具体做法，并逐步内化成了所有教师的自觉行动。
3、为了满足学生学习的需求，英语系需做三件事
分层次提出教学要求：英语系按照学校的要求把XX级学生以入学成绩为依据分了两个层次，A层次普通学科专业班级，B层次体音美专业班级。要求A层次学生掌握3500词汇(包括入学时要求掌握的1600个词)以及由这些单词构成的常用词组，对其中的2000个左右的常用词要求能正确拼写，英汉互译，并掌握其主要词意和用法。掌握基本的英语语法规则，并能正确运用。能听懂日常和涉外业务活动中的英语对话和陈述，并能进行简单的交流。掌握基本阅读技能，能看懂中等难度的一般题材的实用英文资料，能借助字典翻译中等难度的一般题材的文字材和对外交往中的一般业务文字材料。能填写和模拟套写简短的应用文。要求B层次学生掌握2500词汇(包括入学时要求掌握的1000个词)以及由这些单词构成的常用词组，对其中的1500个左右的常用词要求能正确拼写，英汉互译。掌握基本的英语语法规则，并能正确运用。能听懂日常英语简短对话和陈述，并能进行简单的交流。掌握基本阅读技能，能读懂通信函、产品说明等简短实用的文字材料。能借助字典翻译难度中等偏下一般题材的文字材料，能用英语填写表格、套写便函、简历等。并分层次分别制定了《大学英语教学大纲》，完成《教学大纲》规定的教学任务后，A层次学生采用“甘肃省大学英语四级考试的命题进行检测。B层次学生采用全国高等学校英语应用潜力AB级考试”的命题进行检测。

在“教书”方面
第一、在课堂上，认真授课，情景对话，手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑，注重以学生为主体、教师为导的教学方法，充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方，我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读。力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用。
第二、在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，大大提高了教学质量。

第二在教学过程中，耐心是至关重要的。它是一位教师良好行为的体现。教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题，其中除了教学上的，还有心灵上的。育人的工作是辛苦的，对待形形色色的问题，不计其数的学生，都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。大多数学生，特别是“差生”，学习英语的毅力和耐心都较差，听课时的心情也常处于一种抑制状态，觉得学习无聊。因此，在课堂上除了多给他们参与活动和发言的机会外，特别是对他们提出的问题和质疑，哪怕再浅显也应耐心回答，并予以支持和表扬，这样对消除他们心头的恐惧感和失落感十分有利。
